Child Safety Standards

Mingleo is a service for adults. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, sharing, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any content or behavior involving, encouraging, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is prohibited on Mingleo. We may remove violating content or accounts and take further action as required by applicable law.

You can report a member or a safety concern directly in the Mingleo app, without leaving the app, using the in-app report and feedback options. Every report goes to our Trust & Safety team.

You can also contact our Trust & Safety team at info@mingleo.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify the account, content, or incident. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM by email.

We review child safety reports and take appropriate action, including restricting or removing accounts or content and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
